Lowe's will not allow you to order their countertop and custom sections they will not take your measurements they will not take your templates they want to charge you to come out and measure theirselves kind of throws the DIY part out the window however home Depot doesn't have a problem with this and will take your measurements and template and send it to the same company Lowe's uses to cut the countertop.

Almost always hard to find someone to help you out at Lowe’s (even before the pandemic), however in this Lowe’s the people are very very nice and go out of their way to help you the best they can. Even though they were out of what we needed they were able to tell us what other Lowe’s had it in stock. There was a gentleman working there who happens to have autism and he did an excellent job helping us out and was very kind and understanding of my son who also has autism. It was a very pleasant experience!

The cashier was very good and tried to help but Lowe's has a big sign at their Craftsman battery powered tools that says buy one get another tool free. Big letters so I figured buy a leaf blower and get the battery and charger for free. Not the case, I was shown in very small very small letters, no buy a tool and get something very different than from what was displayed on the sign. Typical bait and switch. I just spent 4,000 dollars on carpet from Lowes. Do I wish I could do that again, never.

Lowes is the best place for my family to shop.whether at home or traveling they have never let me down. They have the items I need and courteous employees to help answer your questions. Take advantage of the Lowes card to help keep track of all your purchases. It isn't a credit card it is your personal record of purchases. Great especially when remodeling.

Lowes is following Covid-19 procedures by having a occupancy limit based on the square footage of the business, they also ask for everyone that enters to wear a mask or face cover, they also require 6ft social distancing between other's, cleaning between transactions/ cleaning shopping carts, hand sanitary wipes & hand sanitizer randomly through out the store and cleaning services companies come in after hours for a deeper sanitation of entire business.
I did, that's where I got all the bullxxxx from.

Depends wether you bought the extra warranty from Lowe's. If so they will replace it. No warranty check with the manufacturer.
