We were very happy with the service. We actually went in to see what it would cost us to turn in our lease as we were looking at a different manufacturer. The sales person Brenda was very good at her job as we left in the PM with a new Buick Envision leased vehicle. There was no pressure what so ever, and Brenda is looking for a Colorado or Canyon for me as well

The sales team was quick and easy to deal with! While most of the sales team is new and still learning a lot of important information was lacking. I purchased a pre owned but “certified” 2018 GMC Terrain and I loved the car but yet there were issues. Being a certified vehicle I was assured that the issues would be fixed, about an inch of water in the tail light, the back up camera wasn’t usable, and a water in both headlights. I brought my vehicle into service 5 days after purchase and wasn’t even told a rough estimate of how long my vehicle would be there. Upon first calling to schedule an appointment I was told it would be $174hr out of pocket as well as pay for a rental while my vehicle was being fixed. The service team and sales DO NOT connect with each other making for more ways to irritate a customer. Even after bringing my vehicle into service I never got an answer about cost or time it was all from the sales team. Very frustrating experience and very unprofessional team at Key Motors. The only plus side is after multiple physical trips in the dealership they agreed to do the work that should have been done before purchase under warranty.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Key Chevrolet and it was a very quick easy process. By the time I got back from my test drive my trade in was appraised and we got the ball rolling. I would recommend to anyone to give them a shot. Great place, great price, great people. Thank you Scott, Mike, Jesse, Nick and Brenda in service for a pleasant experience.

This appointment went much better than my last one at the end of September. My appointment in September I was told they took care of the recall on my vehicle but on the appointment on the fourth I was informed my recall was done at that one. I only get two days off a week so my time is valuable too. I sat there back in September waiting and being told the extra work has been done on my vehicle that had not been. What if I had been driving and had to change my tire and I used the jack that was in my vehicle I could’ve been hurt. But the person at your dealership told me it was taken care of and it wasn’t and nobody from your company cared. To me this is totally unacceptable. I tried calling every week but had to leave a message nobody returned my call and then one day out of the blue I got a phone call back. All of the promises that were made to me were not kept. Nick Certo was the salesman but was being trained to takeover in the finance dept. both he and the person he was replacing promised me the world but delivered none of it. I would like to think that somebody will read this and try to take care of the issues that you have in that company but I’m very skeptical.

We do rent cars but the earlier respondents failed to note you require a one way rental. We do not engage in that type of rental, sorry.
