Never again.... terrible customer service.manager never return the phone calls after they mess up paper work. Didn't even tell me I will get same plate or new plate and registration. Wasted money for duplicate registration. Only sales person is good.

My salesperson was phenomenal! He was patient and did everything he could to help. This is the issue that I have with this store; I was told by my salesperson that I could not get approved and would need a co-signer to purchase or lease. I went to another Ford dealership the same day and was approved for a Mustang without a co-signer! Make it make sense... They also refused to let me know what I was getting for my 2021 Camaro. The salesperson kept saying, it's a brand new car. I get that, but what am I getting for it? I'm not rolling 5k into another car. They're sneaky, be aware.

I thought I was walking away with a great deal when I purchased a used, recent year car from this dealer just a month ago, but it was just the start of a nightmare. I was basically sold a lemon and nobody wants to return my calls. It’s had battery issues from the jump. I’ve called over a dozen times within the past month and only once did I get a chance to actually speak to someone, and it wasn’t even Peter, my salesman, or Juan, who is the Finance Manager. Juan straight up lied to me and my fiancé after we all agreed to our financing term length and he went ahead and changed it to prolong it and make a bigger profit and kickback. Peter himself lied to me saying that Juan wasn’t in when I visited him to confront them and ask them why they would do this to me, and he claimed he wasn’t in.. which is weird considering you can’t make any deals without a finance manager on site. Please do not buy from here, especially used vehicles. I’ve even filed a complaint with the CFPB and they still haven’t attempted to contact me. Instead, they told the CFPB that my complaint was not meant to be addressed to their dealership. I am now on the hook for 8 years because of greed. Thank you for being useless.
