Literally worst experience with this dealership. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. I bought a 2022 Ford Escape. The dealership was very quick to doing everything, getting paperwork done. They offered an insurance to us all the way in the end and said we can cancel at any time but we can’t add it on. So thinking we can cancel it at any time I took the offer. I see it added a couple thousand extra onto what I’m already paying for, and I contacted them to cancel it. This dealership will answer all your cars when you’re buying a car but when you already have purchased it they really don’t care they got their commission. I still have yet to receive my credit for the insurance. Gregory is not answering me and is not addressing the situation to me. At least if he explains what’s going on, or keep us updated or tell us anything that’s a different thing. But just completely being MIA on the situation is another. It’s sad, we could have been long term customers

Wonderful sales experience with Alexis, Jessica, and Greg. Everything was ready to go once I walked into the dealership to see the car. Minor hiccup with financing with an outside institution but Greg was able to work his magic. All in all, a great experience and would not hesitate to reach out for my next Ford vehicle.

I highly recommend Ford-Lincoln of Queens. This dealer is honest and very helpful, without any pressure. The service department is skilled and efficient. The loaner program makes it very easy to use this dealership for repairs and maintenance even though I do not live nearby.
