Treated like family brought my 2013 expedition in for a driver's side window regulator and part was in stock and was fixed in two hours. Highly recommend.

The controller may be bad. It has to be looked at. Maybe something else, very inexpensive but not at Dana! They are a rip-off. They will try to sell you a wheel alignment first. Use a good local mechanic.
