On my most recent visit to Advance Auto Parts the store associate was very helpful but the store didn't have the 50/50 premixed antifreeze for a diesel truck that I desperately needed. The associate helped me review their antifreeze assortment to determine they didn't have the right item. He made good suggestions of other places to try. He was successful in finding the appropriate wrench I needed for a related repair and took the extra effort to remove the packaging to be sure it was the exact right size. Placed an online order the other day went in to pick it up and I didn't have to wait at all I was greeted the minute I walked in they went and got my order and I was out in less then 2 mins. Great customer service from the gentlemen that waited on me that night.

They were very helpful with an order I placed on the internet. I purchased a new battery and they installed it for me, took the old one back and refunded my core charge all in about 15 mins. I will check there first in the future when an automotive need arrives.
