Took my old 2012 to the shop, only to be told it would cost thousands of dollars to keep her on the road in any useful manner. I decided try to find a different vehicle instead. I contacted Della, and Ben Bradford came back at me almost immediately with a vehicle that met my usage needs. However, the payment restraints, which I had failed to provide, put this first car out of my range. Ben delivered another option, met with my wife to have her look at it, and came to my job on my lunch break to let me take a quick test drive. A deal was struck, and I drove off the lot in under 48 hours. If you think that's pretty good, I later found out that this was all done on Ben's days off from work. Also wanted to recognize Steve, who efficiently took us through the finance paperwork. His explanations of this paperwork, and warranty options was clear, concise, and no pressure. The interior of the car was spotless, so the reconditioning team (?) deserves praise as well. Thank you again to the entire team at Della!

As my lease was running out, I started looking for a new vehicle. I had looked all over, but just wasn't finding anything. I then came across the Honda Ridgeline at this dealership! I also started working with Ben Bradford and I was blown away. He is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered or worked with. I explained exactly what I wanted and Ben got right to work. They didn't have what I wanted on their lot, but this didn't stop Ben. Within a few hours I had a message from Ben stating he found the truck I wanted!! I was over the moon!! As soon as it hit the lot I had a picture if it!! It was the easiest smoothest process dealing with Ben!! I couldn't recommend him anymore and I am enjoying my new ride more then I could have imagined!!! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

Customers are required to be masked and practice social distancing. Cars are sanitized before and after servicing and test drives. Staff is very diligent about masking and other measures.
I called Della nobody has called me back...im still looking for a good cheap car.no down paymt..and $100-$120 a month.Obviously you don't want my business,so I'll keep looking.

As a general rule of thumb, you should keep your speed below 50MPH and try to drive no more than 70 miles on the spare tire. You should replace it with a proper full sized tire as soon as you can.

Using a new key or same one ? Key has special device inside has to be paired to ignition
