Great staff working the couners in the PO but the post master will never go out of there way to help. Has a truck going right buy my shop and refuses to allow the postal worker to pick up my Priority Mail packages. Going to use UPS they care about their customers unlike USPS management in Raymond. No wonder the USPS loses taxpayer money every year.

Where to begin....I filled out the re-deliver form and placed in the mail box checking the leave it in the front door...I actually called and they confirmed that was the correct way to do it and I'll receive the package Wed.....well got home Wed. and no package....I call 5 time Thurs morning and the 5th time someone actually decided to pick up! I explained what I went through was put on hold and promised I would get it today (Thursday). Well you guessed it as other here have mentioned no package but another (1st notice) that I had a package I had to pick up!! Now I have take time off and go down in person to retrieve a package which was requested to leave via their own protocol and was told over the phone I 'd have it delivered 2 different occasions. Going on some of these reviews this is not uncommon which reflects on the inept actions of this department. I have a feeling once I go down to pick up the package I'll be told it on a delivery jeep and it will be delivered today...and it of course won't!! I'll leave one star over the fact the letter carrier is normally on the ball...it's management that sucks!!

It is ridiculous how many issues I've had in less than a year. They are consistently not leaving the "sorry we missed you" slip, not putting the key to the parcel locker in my mailbox and ignoring re-delivery requests. They'll mark packages as being delivered when they haven't been. I have never been so frustrated with a mail carrier. He or she needs to be fired

No. Post Offices are not allowed to have notaries. Banks are a good place.
Depends on the size, the average box that works best for customers is size 2. Approximately $40 every 6 months to rent.
