Been trying to call about my package that's been held at this facility for over a week because of "weather conditions" when the weather has been completely fine. No answer from this facility whatsoever and I have called numerous times. Terrible service. They best have my package I swear to God.

I worked here for a couple of months during the hottest summer on record. Wasn't trained. Told to do everything a different way by different people. I was fired after the summer. Was used and abused. Anyways its all junk mail. Nothing important in the mail that you can't do by yourself in-person, by phone, or by internet or with other companies. Terrible management, unions dont do anything but take your pay away. The Postal Service is an old relic from a time that has long past.

As most reviews have stated, I just tried calling 3 times, rings until the line drops, no one answers. That is absolutely terrible customer service. This is a real issue USPS, there's no reason someone can't answer the phone and just place you on hold. I was given a redeliver form because our mailman comes to our business after the whole building has left, so there's no way to receive our mail that needs to be signed for. The redeliver form said that the office I'd need to pick up for was Goffstown when I called them they said it was incorrect and should be this location. Well, this is very poor quality operation all around. Complete disappointment.

John went out of his way to track a package that was delivered at my old address. Within 20 minutes of my visit to the Post Office he called me to let me know the package was retrieved and I could pick it up after hours. Unbelievable customer service! These guys do not get the credit they deserve!
