the worst don t look the phone number up because its a fax number. I mailed a letter to pay my sister a bill we incur . they sent it back but i don t know i its on me or did my sister decline the mail.Who knows she claims it never came what says you post office?

Clerk 13: lady was really rude. I was asking for a first class envelope. I guess I got the naming mixed up as the clerk was explaining the difference with an attitude. No reason to be mean to someone who mixes up express and first class. They obviously don't make a 26$ envelope she was extremely rude to me and I don't appreciate it.....

The ABSOLUTE pits!!! We had an appointment for a passport. The agent DID NOT SIGN the forms prior to sending them off. The forms were returned to us and and the would not do ANYTHING to rectify their MISTAKE. I spoke with the Manager…she was the pits as well!!!! With all of the complaints the should NOT be able to provide passport services.
