I ordered a "grower's choice" bouquet as a thank-you for my mother's friend who had done the family a good turn. The only requirements were that it be colorful and cheerful. The finished product is just beautiful and the recipient is delighted. We thank you!

My daughter had flowers delivered to me for Mother’s Day and all though it was a nice arrangement, it looked more like a sympathy bouquet as opposed to Mother’s Day. Flowers were missing and it was loaded with green. When the florist came to pick up the arrangement she had a box of chocolate and apologized but went on and on about how someone would like it and how she thought it was a beautiful arrangement (none of that was relevant) I said it was ok and she continued to stand in my doorway and tell me how the review online hurt her feelings (I didn’t leave the review) I said well it’s over and she continues to keep repeating how the review hurt her feelings. IT’S MOTHERS DAY CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE SO I CAN FINISH SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY. I had to close the door while she was there. Soooo unprofessional and rude of her to hold me up at the door with HER complaints when it was MY MOTHERS DAY GIFT. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Your customers satisfaction trumps your feeling’s. I’m so upset now and it’s Mother’s Day
