Not sure why they thought it was a good idea to put a post office in a building that is closed on Sundays, and closed later in the evenings. Having access to my mail when it is convenient for me is kind of the whole point. Absolutely do not recommend getting a PO Box here if you can avoid it.

Over the years as most of the more senior employees have been retiring, customer service has been going downhill. Nancy will be missed and I hope she's doing well. I'm not sure if Penny still works here but she's also very friendly and courteous. Pat lately always has a nasty attitude and can't be bothered nor listen or care for customer concerns, she's gotten very rude, if she hates her job she should leave it.

I will never do business at this location again. I never have been so insulted in my life. I went in at 12:45pm on 4/24/19. When I walked up, the woman working was texting on her phone. I needed one 6” piece of tape to close up my box, and the woman wouldn’t give me one. There was literally a huge box of rollers right next to her, and it has never been a problem in the past. In a very rude tone she told me “we are a business, we’re here to make money.” That’s funny, last time I checked you were a public agency. You won’t be getting any of my money ever again. Terrible customer service. I think we can all agree that part of good customer service is allowing your customer small favors. Could you imagine if McDonald’s charged you for ketchup? I am appalled that even one of my tax dollars goes to her salary.

No
Call the post office and explain your situation.
No, Post Offices don't have the ability to print shipping labels.
No.
Way too much more than triple my prior po box in Hillsboro NH, they want $62 for 3 months of their smallest box and that's the minimum, that's what a full year used to cost me. And it said on their site that the xs box starting price is $5 a month but that's clearly a lie
You will need to fill an address change form and give it to one of the customer services
Yes post offices are open tomorrow
