Everyone looked so miserable like they hated being there. I kept it short and sweet just got cookies and cupcakes. The cookies were good, great flavor and really soft. The cupcakes were flavorless. I’ve heard great things about the coffee but like I said it gave me a in and out kind of vibe.

Truly one of the best donuts we’ve ever had (maple mocha chocolate frog from Harry Potter week). Staff and owner were super helpful and pleasant. Will be returning. All food amazing!!

I've ordered from Bearded Baking for holiday's and other family member's birthdays before and it has always been great. He did a fantastic job on my boyfriend's cake this past December. However, of course it comes time for my birthday and things are not as smooth. That's how it works, right? The first time my boyfriend submitted the cake order online, admittedly he did it in less than the 2 week requirement, which I figured he would say no and we had decided to push celebrating my birthday anyway due to other things coming up. However, the owner waited until the day before to email my birthday that he was unable to do it. This brings us to time number 2 this month. This time, my boyfriend submitted the order with more than 2 weeks before the needed date. The owner waits until Tuesday, June 21 to tell my boyfriend that his cake ordered for Saturday, June 25 would not be happening. This time the reasoning is because it was a specialty theme week at the Bakery so he was not doing custom cake orders. Seriously? The most aggravating part is that he couldn't have said something sooner. If you require custom cake orders to be placed online and not over the phone, then you need to stay on top of emails. It's sad because I was truly looking forward to a custom birthday cake from him. However, we have been told twice he is too busy so we will take our business elsewhere.

We ordered 2 cakes for my daughters birthday. One was the complete wrong filling, the other was correct. Customer service could have been handled better. Called once to speak with Jon, the owner, and I was told “Im busy, I will call you back”. Never received a call, emailed me 2 days later instead. Called back again and spoke with a woman and she confirmed my order, since it was 2 customs cakes I ordered online, everything was “all set”. I called again spoke with Jon and yet again confirmed my order, he said “I sent you a email”. Thats 3 times of confirming my order and one cake was incorrect. Very disappointed. The cakes tasted great but when you spend $250 for cakes you expect them to be perfect.
