Servpro was hired to remove soot from my home, everything was covered from the carpet to the ceiling. Savanna and Shane did an outstanding job of cleaning, removing soot that had accumlated over time on hard and soft surfaces. Very professional, always on time and called to keep me informed of any changes or additional services. Troy, wow, he was there the entire time and just marvelous during the final stages of moving furniture and supporting the carpet replacement process. As the liasion, he was informative, supportive and knowledgable. A wonderful crew. I also had a outstanding painter, yes, my entire house was painted as well. The two Servpro representatives, Austin and Dan were very prompt, cordial and knowledgeable. They explained the removal process and went straight to work! They worked with us to remove, discard and rearrange our belongings. They were truly AMAZING! We were blessed to have them to work for us and with us.
