Xterior LLC helped my wife and I during a period of crisis - they provided quality work at a reasonable price and truly gave our home new life. They provided consultation and installation of insulation and vinyl siding, removal and replacement of windows and our sliding door. By far, the most impressive part about working with Xterior LLC is their customer service "right of bang". We had an issue where our vinyl [with special coloring] was damaged approximately a year after installation and Jay and Joel bent over backwards to help us locate materials to get the issue fixed. I felt completely cared for by both Jay and Joel due to their bias for communication - they stuck to their word when telling me I'd hear back from them. Though we won't be needing a siding or window job in the near future *knock on wood*, I am 100% satisfied with my decision to go with Xterior LLC for quality work and exceptional customer service.

I called Xterior because I needed a new roof. Colby came to my house (very polite) he did his inspection came back showed me some photos of what he saw. He sat with me and explained in details how the process would go he showed me the materials that would be used he let me know that the price wasn't going to be cheap but in the end I would be satisfied and he was right. Came Monday morning Monday evening my new roof was done. Job well done and I would recommend Xterior for any one who needs a new or a roof repair. My entire experience with Xterior LLC has been positive. From the beginning, when I met and sat down with the sales rep, through the completion of the project, the entire team was there and available to walk me through the process. My phone calls were returned promptly. My questions were answered and followed through with from the sub-contractors to my project manager. I am not sure of what their mission statement is, but my closest guess would be... "The client comes first." Thanks Xterior, I love my new roof

We had a new architectural shingle roof installed on our house with gutters on the entire house. FAST SERVICE. Quality work from start to finish. Looks amazing huge transformation. Company tried to replace gutters on the front and back of the house but was forced due to quality concerns to replace all the gutters at no additional charge. They even installed metal behind the gutters because there was rotten wood there. They were concerned the wood may rot again in the future. Again no additional charge. We were told it was a quality control concern. We could not be happier. Would recommend them to anyone. Great service great clean up.
