The only reason this gets a 2 star is because of the waitress who was amazing and sweet. Other than that this place is horrible and would not recommend. The food was obviously cooked in the microwave and then slapped on the grill to char(burn). It was beyond dry and almost non edible. The steak in the picture was supposed to be medium rare and you can see for yourself that it was beyond medium. The manager attempted to fix the issue by reordering the meat we asked for chicken since at that point we had no faith that we could get steak cooked properly. Yet again the chicken came out microwaved and then slightly charred. It was dry and rubbery. We will never return here again this was awful.

I love coming here. We do not come here that often but when we do, EVERYONE that works at Fridays in the Willow Grove Mall are super friendly. We went there yesterday, 6.8.22 around 530pm. Sorry, I did not get names but our server was awesome and the manager was just as awesome. The person that seated us was so friendly and when we were leaving everyone that was working had a smile and said bye to us. This is very rare to find now and days. The food was great and came out quick :)

Total rip off. Order with uber eats cob salad More like a side salad. Missing cucumbers...avacodo....bacon . These restaurants are really screwing over customers skimping om meals. This is our new norm and some of these brands are taking advantage. Everything is shrinking but prices are not. This place has been consistently doing this. Shameful this isn't even close to advertising photo...yes there will always be a difference but this is ridiculous.

Service was good and had poliet waitress. Food sizes seem to be smaller then usual. My bowl of soup that's cost 5.50 was not even half way full.
