This place has truly declined. I was in the fragrance section for about 25 minutes and not one salesperson was available for assistance. The tabs used to sample the perfume were missing and the testers all had lids on them. I went and brought my fragrance from Bloomingdale’s instead!

Have not been to this location in 3 years. Macys is known for their sale like every other week.. I wasn't looking for anything and came out with 2 large bags full of tops and bottoms for my mum. Her closet is finally full now. Did a make over for her room with lots of new clothes. It is a surprise when she is back from her trip.

Macy's can be a little pricey but they always have some kind of a sale going on and you can download coupons. I had a thirty dollar gift card and was able to get a new colorful knife set, a quesadilla maker, and an apron with pockets for $$40.

Surprised at the sales not being as good, we went shopping in late October and the clearance racks were killer. The employees here were nice, but the different registers and 2 separate employees because one is for purchases and the other is for returns. The register needs to be versatile, where the employee can Flux between purchases and returns. Any retail I've worked at their registers were able to do both returns and purchases.
