While checking out in lane 7, I had a shirt that they refused to sell because they lost the tag. I was told I couldn't buy it because it takes to long to get help. Then the cashier threw it to the side. Then another shirt they lost the tag for was refused. After going back and forth of why someone couldn't come help and allow me to buy them she flat out refused. After the purchase I asked for the shirts so I could take them myself to customer service. When I did they to said no because it would take to long to find a price and come back another time. I LEFT THE SHIRTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY WERE HANDLING THEM. So going to my car with my family, some big lady with a manager outfit starts yelling outside of the store for security to follow us. Then a security car pulls in front of our car as we are loading and takes photos of us and my car. I ask him what the issue is and he says I'm just doing rounds you're fine. Then he pulls around the back of our car to take photos of our license. Still no answer as to what the problem was. I don't know what they thought we did or stole. Check your cameras Wal-Mart and maybe price your items. But I'm sure you all are doing a great job. Plus you don't ever pick up the phone so you got that going for you.

On Monday June 13, 2022 I placed an online delivery order. I paid a total of $17.95 for delivery plus 2 hour Express Delivery. My order was supposed to arrive @3:04pm. Around 3:00pm I received a notification that my order was delayed. Around 4:30pm I called the 1-800 Customer Service number and was informed that my driver had car trouble and a new driver wasn't assigned. After being placed on hold again, customer service informed me that she asked the store to reassign me me an new driver. Around 6:00pm my delivery still hadn't arrived. Mind you I'd been constantly calling the store myself, only to be transferred to a ringing line that eventually resulted in a busy signal after about 40 rings. I then contacted customer service again only to be informed that they called the store 3 times and no one answered the phone for them either. I was livid because I'm disabled and my caregiver who goes downstairs to retrieve my groceries, was leaving soon. Of course my delivery didn't arrive until 10:33am on June 14, 2022. There were 4 items missing from my delivery. The other issues with my delivery were that: The Deli Meat, Orange Juice, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Corn, and Bag Salads were very warm and the Popsicles and Ice Cream were completely melted. The Ice Cream was literally a dripping bag of milk and had to be discarded. The Deli Meat and Chicken Breast were also discarded out of fear of getting I'll because I don't know how long they were sitting out. Obviously for a very long time as warm as they were. Also1 of the so called fresh cobs of corn were bad. Everytime I went online to leave this review on the "Tell us how was your delivery" section I'd receive an error message stating "Sorry Something Went Wrong". My driver was provided a $10 Cash tip upon arrival. However there was a $10 tip charged to my debit card. I'm still trying to get a refund. I would like a refund of: #1) ALL MISSING & DAMAGED ITEMS #2) DELIVERY FEE #3) TIP Not to mention THE INCONVENIENCE TO MYSELF AND MY CAREGIVER. I'm totally DISAPPOINTED. I've been shopping at this Walmart location for many years and I've NEVER had any issues. This is the first and hopefully the last.

What can you say about Walmart, umpteen registers usually only two open plus the self checkouts, almost always long lines nomatter what time of the day and this is in every store. They tout being the friendliest store in town but speed in checking out or in the customer service area is not an option. Finding someone to ask a question in finding anything is next to impossible, but you do hear a lot of worry about getting their breaks in. Corporate don't care that much either, they're getting their billions and the number one thing they are concerned about is keeping those share holders happy.

Had an amazing experience here today. I wasn't familiar with this particular walmart and there was literally an employee in almost every aisle ready to help and everyone was super friendly. The best prices on a lot of varied items. The meat was the only thing that was really expensive so I went elsewhere for that. However, everyone knows you have to shop at a few places to consistently get the best deals. Was very impressed with this store

The issue isnt walmart the issue is dealing with callouts fired associates and people who plainly just dont want to work at Wal-Mart and the reason is such a "mystery" the schedules stay full its up to the workers to come in and on time and actually work. Cant blame walmart for a few associates
Yes totally agree with BOTH.. THIS particular Walmart is Beyond Horrible & Frustrating! Never stocked but always stocking, no MATTER the time of visit.. No one ever knows anything, or its not their department; but dont even take the time to make sure to get you someone who can.. Its Actually way better to go over next parking lot (around corner) to Sams Club if you have or are with someone with a Membership!!! Crazy Sams & Walmart are Related but in this case must definitely be distant Cousins😥😒😖 Smh
If that's what you noticed, why didn't you go to Customer Service and ask?
Weekends busy time so stocking is DONE on Monday, go n tuesday🙄actually they are all ways stocking, it's a busy store. Customers (I am NOT an emplotee) do mess up shelves, drop hanging clothes to floor & leave them there, as a customer I wonder how their (cusomers) living quarters look.
Too many empty shelves for around the hoildays and staff trying to fill up shelves with the large, bulky carts while customer everywhere. Whole thing was a mess and a frustrating experience.
The Walmart at Cedarbrook is notoriously bad. The bathroom is not only dirty, it smells awful. The "associates" for the most part are not helpful. They are useless and have a bad attitude. I only go there occasionally for that reason.
Even after they hire it most likely will be the same. People need to send complaints to Walmart.
.yes, because of theft. -towards the end of fall, they have someone at just at the door to check receipts. (Usually no one at register) -after warm season, they do not pay staff for that register nor that door. .have been going there since they opened.
Walmart carries prepackaged seafood. Colossal shrimp, lump crab meat, in all types of fish and scallops. A very nice selection
Good question. Walmart standby it production and services on its policy
No
I would take this question directly to the store manager... The next time that you are in the store... Also certain products are better found on line... Walmart. Com
I did see machine applications but if you want to be sure and are close to store stop by or give them a call.
People break them walmart don't replace them
They do not! Sam's Club is local and they do. Best of luck!
Is it are you open it was when I was up there at 5 pm don't know about it's right now they might have certain hours
They didn't have enough business to keep the 24 hour schedule. It may start back up in the spring.
The customers are the ones who tear them up....soon after they clean it, some customer comes on there tear it up. I've seen it happen many times. You know how people are!
They need to be all in the stores as well not just parking lot's
Yes
They do sell batteries for vehicles but you are better off going to the store, there is a core charge that you get back when you return the old one
Yes
You can call or check the app to see if they have in store
Call them.......ask
When the store close
Cost cutting and automatic paying machine is the reason.selective hours rush..
Everyone parks there because this walmart does not own the parking lot so they cannot make you move. Someome could call the township if they cared enough, but I doubt they do.
Not sure, I would Google the store and give them a call.
They probably have some collection of cords and adapters that will work, but you are unlikely to find a knowledgeably sales person. They try to help but don't know very much. You'll be on your own. If they don't have the correct cord you'll probably pay more than necessary for a less than optimum solution for your cord.
Yes
I highly suggest googling it. Finding it on there website to make sure they sell the item and then going to actually find it. I've called before and they told me they didn't have something but I later went and boom! They had tons! And the girl said that they stocked it two days ago. Save yourself the headache go look for yourself. .
Well you can ask them but I think they cost as much 90 170 it depends on what kind of tires you have.
Nothing is ever in stock or stocked at this Walmart.. You are better off going to Sams club..
You need call them this is a wrong place to give you information
No
As someone who used to use food stamps, no you cannot use it for online food purchases.
