I've needed help 3 times in the past year and had my issues fixed on the spot! Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My issues were easily fixed, and payment was declined stating "I really didn't do anything". But in my world he was a "life saver", performing "CPR" on my phone and tablet. I did leave with a new charger that I paid for, lol. Highly recommend for honest help.

We came to the store to fix a charging problem with my iPhone, thinking there would be an expense. The technician, Imer, suggested that the charging port might be clogged with dirt. He proceeded to give it a thorough cleaning. During this time we spoke at length about phones and he gave us a lot of good information. He also clarified some misinformation we wrongly believed. When he plugged in the charger it worked perfectly. He handed the phone back and said no charge. We were so pleased, we felt we owed him for his time but he said it was not necessary. We will not hesitate to use him for our future repairs. We recommend Imer to all who need a phone doctor.
