If you're gonna rent a car, do it from a car dealer because these guys will bend you over for every penny you have. Coming from me and my reviews on car dealers, the fact that I would trust them more than these guys should speak volumes.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! WORSE EXPERIENCE! So Enterprise like to charge their previous customers illegally for a rental they no longer have and was returned two months ago, even after paying my portion in full! Returned vehicle in great condition as received!  So some how now they think the customer responsible for Enterprise inability to reach Prgressive insurance company to get the waiver for Declaration Page of insurance approved! Now how the hell that's my problem...oh yeah it's not! So we are 07/14/21 enterprise took $500.00 out my account 2 months after paid my portal in full and returned their car! Manager Alex admitted several times the company had no right charging my banking account for anything and my account would be fully refunded but still will be trying to reach Progressive He was to refund my account n close there account out as he claim he did before yet they charge my account illegally and unauthorized. How the company suppose to go after the insured company whose clients hit my car for any remaining charges but can't reach them. Oh so after apologizing and admitted to refunding me my full refund they NOW trying to come up with fake charges to keep some of my money and threatened to call cops if anyone come up to there business to discuss my money Enterprise illegally took from my account unauthorized! Unauthorized and ill egal...6abc...lawyer rights for customer!

Enterprise in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania is 5 stars! They came through for us when we had a last minute transmission issue on one of our personal vehicles that knocked us down a car for a solid month. I can't say enough about their customer service, their efficiency and their professionalism. Top notch!!
