I went there yesterday to drop off a ups package. I was given a scan code & was assured that they would be able to print the label using it . Well the kid at the counter who claimed to be a manager did nothing but talk down to me . He even went as far as to show me a different package with a label already on it. I wasn't given a label I was given a scan for the label to be printed out. I don't need to be shown someone else label by an arrogant child who has a superiority complex. I know what a freakin label looks like

I would give this pharmacy a negative star if I could ! My mother had to go there to get pain medication for my father who is passing away, hospice sent a prescription in for a Stat fill my dad was home in agony with the cancer that has spread through out his body they made her wait over a 1/2 hour to fill the prescription and told her well people are ahead of you after she told them he is suffering and dieing! They should no care at all they should all be ashamed of themselves I hope no one that needs anything for there family goes to this pharmacy I am sick about the way she was treated! I run a long term facility and use omnicare who is part of cvs and may have to change our provider there seeing how they do not give a shot about there customers! I will never go there again!

Been going here for years and switched to Rite Aid today because the employees can't be bothered to answer the phone ever. If I do get through, they are not the least bit helpful.Telling me the customers inside the store pharmacy area come first and to just "pop" in. Would I be calling if I was just able to "pop" in? They're understaffed and I understand that but to never answer the phone is not good. Some people don't have over an hour or more to make a five min call.🙄
