GameStop gets special promotional Pokémon cards for releases, which is super exciting! What isn’t super exciting is when the manager prevents an employee from giving you one (due to it being a day before release, which is fine) just for them to have ZERO for the actual day of release. Keep in mind, also, I went into the store right after they opened on day of release. Which, if you haven’t guessed already, means they were giving them out to others that asked beforehand. This may seem super trivial, but this manager’s decision to prevent an employee from doing something so trivial in the first place just rubs me the wrong way. I love the other employees in the store, but clearly they only feel comfortable giving great customer service when he isn’t around.

I pre orderd legends of arceus here had a buudy who pre order theres in longmont they called me oh u can pick it friday at 10am but my buddy said the one in longmont called him to pick it up thursday the 27th but the one in boulder said nope friday so im not pre ordering games from this one anymore

Not one to write reviews, just want to say this is the worst gamestop I've ever been to. Everything is out of stock, staff is dead eyed and always make you feel dumb for even asking if they have a game in stock. Order online or drive to the one in superior.
