Disgusting. We tried this location almost 3 years ago and then again today. Both times were a complete disappointment and waste of money. We spent more than $100 and ended up having to cook something different. Gluten free pizzas were soggy and burnt. Steak dish was only partially cooked. Yuck. The whole two experiences were awful. Never again.

We got a chicken sandwich and a modern avo toast. We were probably one of the first people there and there was no one else around. We waited about 20 min for our food. The chicken sandwich was good but my avo toast was awful. It was burnt black on the top and hurt my jaw to eat. The avocado was dark, dark green like it was old and it tasted like it was from a package. This modmarket is also older and a bit dirty which was pretty disappointing to see.

We placed an order for 27 the day before and when I showed up at Mod Market to pick it up, it was ready, correct, and organized! Edwin in Boulder was excellent, and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. Really fantastic experience and made our celebratory lunch a joy!

We’ve been to Modern Market a number of times and always love it. Everything we’ve had has been fresh and flavorful. We came this time for a fundraiser night for my daughter’s gymnastics team. We ordered the Thai Coconut salad and Lemongrass Tuna bowl - both were delicious. I also had wine, which was terrible. For $3 a glass you shouldn’t expect much, but this tasted very watered down. I’ve had it before and it’s never been this bad. We also ordered the cranberry oat cookie, paid for it, and were then told they were out of them. My only option was to choose another kind. So I ended up buying a cookie I didn’t want. At least some of that money went to support the gymnastics team.

We’ve implemented extra cleaning & sanitizing surfaces and serving equipment. We’ve increased hand washing and glove use of our team members. We’re offering contact-free delivery and curbside pickup (curbside pickup available at select locations) Team members experiencing symptoms of sickness stay home. Team members check their temperatures prior to their shifts and upon completion of their shifts. All team members are wearing face coverings. We’ve implemented social distancing markers and marked tables unavailable to aid in social distancing.
