The Boise Whitewater Park is confined to the banks of the Boise side or the river and the in-river features. Phase 1 is the Harry Morrison Dam and downstream are 3 additional, new features. The distance in the river is about 1/4 mile.

It's really tough to find any fish when there is anybody out on the water or in the water unless fishing from a boat or kayak, but I've seen several people catch decent fish there before
