Had to stop in to get a new phone set up while in CO for a work trip. The customer service I received during my phone setup was excellent. On a busy night, within an hour of closing time, Trevor provided a high level of service that I thought was exceptional. Great job.

The first time I came to the store I had unusual support needs, and the customer service help was patient, kind, personable and took extensive time with me. My second visit recently, I needed the managers help, again with an unusual problem. Not only did I recieve immediate help from the manager, but he also spent extensive time on my issue. He bent over backwards to resolve my issue. I'm a grateful customer!

Great experience! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I upgraded from an iphone 6s to a 13 mini. There was a 5 minute wait for me to be seen and the sales associate was very helpful!

This store is awesome / I worked with a new employee that fairly quickly pulled in her manager - rather than wasting my time. The issue was challenging because I was setting up service for an Apple Watch and verizon phone/chat support was the worst and made a mistake. After the horrible experience with verizon phone/chat that wasted 4 hrs of my time, I wasted a few more hours at the Apple store, and they finally directed me back to Verizon. I was very skeptical but this time went Verizon store and they were knowledgeable, friendly and resolved waht they described as a tricky issue.

Someone stands outside the door and sets up the appointment for you. They were very accommodating. He said an hour and I asked for an hour and a half. It was very painless. I don't know about calling unless you have a trick for getting through to an actual Verizon human
Just call *611 and ask for paper billing. You can also just print your bill from Verizonwireless.com
Additionally if you are looking for int calling cards prepaid you can find them at Target and other large retail stores.

Check your cellular settings in the settings app. There should be a search function in your phone's settings app if you have trouble finding it. If all else fails, call customer service: *611.
4FF sim cards are just nano sim cards. If you have service with them go in and they'll give you one. When i went in mine was free.
