Wonderful! The facility was well cared for, the cats were as comfortable as possible, staff was compassionate, professional, and clearly cared for the cats. Communication has been top notch. My bf and I were looking for a companion for our cat after his buddy passed away. I don't hesitate to recommend this shelter, they've been amazing.

This place is horrible. I fell in love with one of the cats they have and finally thought i found the perfect new cat! I filled out an application, left them a message, and called several times during their teeny tiny window of open hours. No response. Not once. No emails or calls back about my application. And now the cat i fell in love with is no longer on their website. They never once bothered to tell me that my application wasnt approved nor did they bother informing me that the cat i was applying to adopt was adopted by someone else. I wouldve gone in person to do this but they are only open for 3 hrs, two days a week. Terrible shelter, horrible i am so so sad about this cat and wish someone had gotten back to me to at least hear this news from them. Dont even waste your time and hopes on this place they dont care about anyone

Be aware that they will only consider you for adoption if you swear that this or any other cats you have/had will never go outside, ever. We are a loving home for pets and they denied us because of this. So sad...Read and trust the one star reviews and be aware of this set in stone policy of theirs. We have always adopted our pets and they have all led happy, healthy, lengthy lives! And yes! Our cats go outside. So if you fall in love with one at Petsmart, you'll have to lie to them and tell them your cats stay indoors.
