Jasmin said she called me and then told me the rental was not available. Proceeded to send me to the incorrect location and wasted two hours to get the rental I needed. Turns out she was fired from another location and works her. Beware renting from here.

I had a terrible experience. I reserved a truck online the morning of because it said they had some available. When I showed up there was no truck available and they blamed it on a system error. They offered nothing to help us. I said that we only needed the uhaul for 30 minutes max and there were 2 parking lots full of uhauls. They said there was nothing they could do and walked away from me while I was talking. I will never go here again.

The desk staff has tough attitude you have use kindness to soften up their attitude and that is tiring I can’t figure if it’s because UHAUL isn’t paying them great pay or the customers are tough ? But the outside checkin staff is so good and the storage space is great and affordable.

Absolutely horrible. Customer service was rude and mumbling everything she said, having me to keep asking "excuse me what?". I was assigned a vehicle that was completely blocked in by two trucks and I was told to wait until the customer next to me finished his rental purchase so he could move his truck from in front of mine.

Uhaul’s daily prices depend on the size of the rental vehicle, mileage, and whether you return it where you picked it up (versus one way to a different location)
They hv a nite key drop. And you'll get a receipt n email or the next business day u can pick up receipt
