The desk employees are great... But I paid for climate control, and wasn't told "our air conditioning is broken and we may not have any for...oh...the next few days, weeks, or ?" Today I went in and found the air unbreathable because someone put ..a gallon? Of mint oil open! In their locker. You literally cannot breathe. My husband had an asthma attack and all my fabrics, pillows and so on in MY locker are probably ruined. With no air conditioning there is also no way to clear the air.

Thank heavens for public storage and Monica who was an Angel for my family needs in needing storage. She was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. Monica deserves a raise. She truly cares about her clientele. She walked around and greeted everyone there. She made sure the property was safe. You can tell she loves her job and knows how to handle the business. Christmas bonus and raise are in order for this fabulous woman. I’m looking forward to seeing her smiling face again here in the next few months.

I went to this public storage property looking for assistance and received the best customer service I could ever again from the employees there. Pearl and Monica was so helpful and made it super easy for me in this rough time of my life. I also saved money with the promotions they presented to me while trying to figure out my best options. I was treated with the up most respect and they were so patient with me. I recommend anyone to go to this location if you want the best service from public storage. The location was so clean and neat and made me feel more confident and comfortable in leaving some of my personal and valuable possessions. Thank you so much ladies. I appreciate yall.
