This was my first time renting a unit and I'd suggest Store Space to anyone looking for a unit. Not only is the place clean, secure, and affordable, but the staff is amazing. Cindy helped me right away over the phone setting me up with a great unit and adjusting my appointment time to make sure she could get me into the unit. Thank y'all so much, Cindy is the best!

Ms. Tina is absolutely amazing! If everyone in the world had her level of humanity, it would be a much better place. As for the facility itself, there's definitely a roach and rodent problem. I'll have to bug bomb my belongings inside a moving truck before I can transport them anywhere; more expenses I don't wish to expend. Some areas are dangerous for me to use my wheelchair through because the floors are covered in caked dirt. Based on my professional experience with building maintenance, I wouldn't be surprised if it took a contractor several days to remove the caked dirt from half of the second floor. I'm already overpaying my first months due to the guy I who took my call messing up my promotion. $177 is wayyyy too much for unit size and dangerous environment. I love the service and professionalism from Tina, but I value my money, health and safety more. Edited to add: Orkin guy came and went. All he did was give me some roach bait jawns to put in my unit. That's not going to be effective for this infestation. Also, we are going on day three without the access panel working. If it's not one thing in this place, it's another. More to add: I'm pretty sure this is day 6 of the access panel not working. It has taken a lot of calling around in order to access the building yesterday, but some people waiting to get in since 7:00 a.m. The building finally was opened after 3:00 p.m. I will still continue to upload photos of the roach problem and other issues. Also, I'm starting to get a bunch of passive-aggressive snide nonsense from Tina. At this point, I'm questioning the legitimacy of ever review that praises her. It's becoming clear to me that she likely had people from her personal social media/circle of friends give positive reviews about this facility that obviously has had serious issues for a long time. Had I known there would be this much drama, health, and safety issues I would have gone elsewhere.

Tina is a wonderful lady. She’s helped us a lot. She is very knowledgeable about the service and has a delightful personality.

Great location, wonderful employee's! Units spacious and affordable. None of my furniture was destroyed or distressed after 1year of storage due to temperature, dust or rodents overall a good experience. 👍
