PROFESSIONALISM AT IT’S FINEST!!! I recently went to this location as a quick & sudden obligation to purchase a rental storage unit, & the two ladies Mae & Mona at the front desk were ever so amazing! They even took the time to allocate at another nearby Public Storage facility to help me land the perfect unit for my sudden needs. They were so professional & caring that I decided I wouldn’t mind renting a unit at their facility & even at a slightly higher cost. They also reassured that my valuable possessions would be safe & secure. In these days & times it’s almost impossible to find people who are caring about customers & their needs & who will go above n’ beyond to insure customer satisfaction. I look forward to doing business at this particular location for a very long time. So thanks again Mona & Mae!

Second time at Public Storage and just like the last time the service is great,the service manager MAE has 5 stars in my book and I would consider friends and family to go to 63rd and Market street Upper Darby👍🏿
