Hit or miss. Mostly miss though, sadly. We really want to like this place, but they always fall short. Today was an absolute bomb. The “sushi grade” tuna tasted fishy and was brown. The dessert we ordered while our two toddlers fussed took a half hour… for 1 scoop of ice cream. The donuts we ordered literally never came. We were told to stay several times, that they were coming now. The manager even gave us a gift card and apologized. Then we finally decided to leave. We told the waiter out of consideration and he said, “cool.” Which prompted me to write this review. No apologies for the several times of over promising. The waiter seemed like a nice guy really could have found a better choice of words. I hope we will be able to look past all of this and come back someday to use the gift card since we paid for the donuts. :/

Quoted a 10 minute wait, took an hour and a half to get seated. During that hour and a half, the fire alarm went off for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgement from the restaurant. Then the fire department came to shut off the alarm, it did a decent job of clearing out the crowd. Then, after a few tables cleared up, the manager said they couldn’t seat us and had a few other parties seated before us after waiting over an hour and a half. We got drinks while waiting which were way too sugary. They did not value our time at all and can’t manage a crowd. John Taffer would not be impressed.

Our server and a man behind the bar who seemed to be the owner or manager both confirmed that this is the normal size of their chicken sandwich…the other half was literally 2 bites. They lied to my face, which is quite obvious when you look at other photos of their chicken sandwich.

Absolutely loved my experience here! When first greeted I felt welcomed, all of the staff was super friendly. Our waitress was attentive to getting us refills and making sure all of our food was good. The entire vibe at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely would recommend!Thanks so much Amanda!!
