We are local and things have progressively gotten worse at Marko’s. Tonight we ordered on the phone with a guy who had a clear entitlement attitude about him. I place mine order and he told me it would be an hour which I was fine with. After an hour and an half I call and he proceeds to tell me there is no ticket in and he must have forgotten to enter it. No “sorry” or how can I make this better??? Instead he just said he could put the order in and it would be about 45 minutes but I need to give them order all over again. He then hang up!!!!! What the heck happened to the order we originally gave??? I get it….things are busy and crazy. But there should be some empathy and wanting to make it right. Instead we got NOTHING!!

Pizza was pretty delicious however, took over 45 min to receive our order, outrageous! Nonetheless, a very tasty pizza, but, I wish the wings had more suace.
