Very friendly service. Good selection of products. However, the #1 reason you should buy from Wags is because at 4:55 on Sunday night (they close at 5pm), you can call them for that bag of dog food you forgot to pick up earlier (idiot!), …We appreciate you! Thank you for supporting our business!

I stopped in for the first time the other day & was a little disappointed with the service. No greeting or acknowledgement from the employee working, until I asked about a harness for a cat... Then she literally asked me, "why do you want to torture your cat?" Ok lady, I didn't come in here to be judged; you don't know me OR my cat. I won't know if the cat will tolerate it until I try, and I have to find the harness & buy it first in order to try it, but I won't be buying it from there. The shelter was MUCH nicer and gave me one at no charge, but I was looking for something more comfortable. I will look elsewhere.
