We recently needed a quote and advice on a project. The process was very smooth and professional from the first phone call. A time was set for Eric, the owner of the company, to come out. He arrived promptly and was very thorough explaining possible issues and ways to resolve them. He took his time and spoke in terms that I, who is not an “IT Technician”, could understand. He was able to send the quote with multiple options the same day. When I had a question regarding the quote he was immediately available. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.

Metro Tech IT is an amazing local company. They donated a PC to me so that I could complete school work and also play some games with friends. They have gone above and beyond to help me in all aspects of my IT needs. They are highly knowledgeable and swift to respond to my questions and issues. They knew exactly how to fix my issues, and I was blown away by their customer service. It is amazing to find a company so brilliant at helping us out.
