Lived here for 2 months. Sewage backed up into my apartment. Clean up should have been done in a few weeks. They sent a maid in, tried to have me move back in. Had to get City Inspector and file a lawsuit to get them to follow regulations for clean up. Moved after 4 months of it will be done next week. Terrible bullying of older residents telling them they will evict if they request repairs. Do not rent if Sunchase American manages any property you are considering.

Helen is rude and condescending. After seeing all these comments, I’m not sure how she still works there. They have no empathy for elders or the POA. It’s ridiculous. Helen tries ro take advantage of the elderly in this community and those interested in the community as well. They make it difficult for POA to step in and support their family members.

I believe that is over income level. It is close for 2 people. They are very nice, call the office & check
