ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! I wish I could give 10 stars! I was absolutely floored with how meticulous and well planned everything was for my mom's celebration of life. The staff is beyond great. When I first walked into the parlor that they set up for our mom, I thought my wife set it up because it was so perfect. I literally said, honey, did you do this? I truly am appreciative for all of the staff making this tough time so much easier. Thank you sooo much!!!

Most of the staff was very nice, compassionate and caring. The day of the actual service was very nice. They had everything ready, the room was very comfortable and inviting. The staff on the day of the service were wonderful. However, we felt the person who assisted us in finalizing the details of the service and cremation could have been more caring and attentive to our needs. She was out of the office often and had no backup to help us while she was gone. Perhaps if there was a backup person to assist us while she was out, the time between death and service would have been less stressful.
