This place has gone down hill so bad recently. They have shorted us our food too many times. Their air conditioning is broke and have a swamp cooler in the eating area. Looking at their soda machine will make you vomit. They did not give us a receipt. Tried calling them when we got home to complain they did not give us gravy, no answer on the phone. This is the last time we will go here! Place needs a bulldozer!

This is a place at the first time today 2/22/2022 tuesday at 7:30pm I stopped by and ask a lady at a counter. Do you have discount today? and she said no.ok Then I placed order 12pcs of legs and tight chicken only.then go home I open a box and here in there breast,tight,wing,legs all mix.Do you know the problem is very old chicken and smell bad.i and my wife could not eat and we throwed away in a trash.I am sorry I loved KFC alot of time but now I have to say this.EVERYBODY WHEN BUY THESE CHICKEN YOU HAVE TO OPEN A BOX RIGHT OVER THERE AND CHECK BEFORE YOU BRING IT HOME. BECAUSE ALL CHICKEN THAT VERY YELLOW AND OLD.THIS IS MEAN RECOOK TOO MANY OF TIME THAT WHY CHICKEN BURNED.

Went to drive through for them to tell me there's no French fries. My order needed 4 orders of fries. They also did not include the gravy for my mash potato. They shouldn't allow people to go to the window to pay for them to tell you they're out of stuff beforehand.

Haven’t had kfc in a while, went to try out the spicy chicken sandwich. It was cold and piece of skin was missing off of the chicken, not mentioning it looked old. Not a good way to compete with any place that has a spicy chicken sandwich. I couldn’t eat it.
