Deplorable customer service......staff too busy vaping outside to assist with the 4 people in line. Don't have time to stand around. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

5/26/2022 Update New Policy to bleed customers. They will charge you to check your warrantied battery. Just in case it is the alternator. They have a battery tester specifically for this purpose. What a joke. Figured going back for a warranted item would be in and out and they cant screw up a battery swamp too bad, but they surprised me again Vehicle burglarized while in their possession. Technician said not his problem. Police report filed with Allen Police. You would think the store manager would contact me concerning this, instead, I had to contact him. Not the first time I have had issues with this Firestone. Brought my truck in for an alignment and they did an oil change with the wrong oil. I will never bring any vehicles to this or any Firestone.

Paid $86 for a diagnostic - knew suspension was out of whack. Was told that the tire PSI was off and that the last shop messed up the tire alignment. No receipt handed to me, only tech notes that read “lots of damage”. They didn’t actually look to diagnose, they thought they could get away with it because my wife is the one who dropped the car off. Firestone is a great company - definitely worth taking your car to the one off Greenville instead of this one.
