I was trying to redeem my Walgreens cash rewards and the system in store would not allow me to so I decided to leave to my car and place a online order and of course my rewards went through on the app and I sent my husband back to the store to pick up the order and the shift manager that was “helping us” said to him “I already told you I can’t help you and I’m not going to do anything about your rewards” and my husbands response was “I’m just here to pick up my online order” so just don’t waste your time here and go elsewhere (:

I drive the extra distance to come to this specific Walgreens. We have someone in the family that needs a medication that can come in several generic brands that are not therapeutically equivalent. I could not convince the Walgreens on Stacy and Custer that it is important to get the correct brand. When I found this pharmacy it was such a relief. They order in the correct brand and they let me look at the pills before buying every time. Things have gone so smoothly since coming here. If you've had a hard time at other pharmacies, come here: they will treat you better.

I prefer Walgreens over cvs any day, but this location pharmacy is just a hot mess. Always understaffed, lines are insane. And no consistency with times. Came earlier today and the drive thru was closed until 2 with a hand written note on the window. Came back at 3 and now it says it’s just closed. Came inside and the line is wrapping around the inside. At this rate I’ll be waiting for an hour to pick up one prescription.

Had a COVID test scheduled over a week in advance for travel purposes. They called me less than an hour before my appointment to cancel it, recommending I schedule another one which is not possible the day of. This location is not reliable for testing appointments.
