The first time we went into her a couple intha back, they were so sweet to us. We were surprised to take care of all our DOL AND DMV stuff here. The guy up front was so pleasant and the lady that helped us spent about a hour taking care of all paperwork for us. They were all so kind to us and welcomed us into town. We just had to revisit again and was a little disappointed when their title machine didn't work. The lady at the front table was still super kind though. She gave us directions and was nice.

These people go beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a DMV. The kindness and consideration cannot be overstated. They treated my mother with dementia with dignity understanding and care. In all my dealings I have not had one visit where the staff wasn’t helpful and caring. Coming from California I am use to people that hate their jobs and each tax payer having been treated with contempt most of my life by public servants Lake County DMV (tax collector) has reached a pretty high bar in exemplary public service! Thank you to all the caring staff and may God bless you! And keep you in His peace the surpasses all understanding. As my mother would say “glad you are here!”

Probably the best DMV I’ve ever been to. The woman was very friendly. It was a nice office space and very clean and modern. They were very quick and efficient getting people in and out. I had just gotten my motorcycle license and needed to register my bike as well, and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better. She also explained any questions I had with ease and was very helpful. She was at station 11. Thank you to her!

Bring two proofs of residency, vehicle license, vehicle title(or copy if you are leasing), any prior military discharge papers, and any information you can find. Social security number and what not. PLEASE NOTE: the documents listed will get you anything the DMV has to offer. You may not need all these documents but it's better to be over prepared. They will kick you back if your missing anything.
I did it online without any problem
They close at 5 Monday through Friday
Your birth certificate, divorce papers ,mail with your name on it, utility bill, marriage certificate

Dealerships cannot produce a title with your name on it until the paper work is processed with the state. Once the dealership sends the paperwork to the DMV, you can get a title printed immediately at the DMV for $10 or you can leave it as an electronic title (not recommended - If you later need a paper title you will pay $85.75 to produce it).
Go to the DMV and sign in. They'll walk you right through it. Hardly ever a waiting line since they have about 20 windows. I didn't even have to sign in today.
How much for register tag for my auto car and are you open Saturdays?
You use your own car, so it's a familiar vehicle. The examiner takes you through maneuvers. Both of my daughters stayed in the parking lot in Leesburg. You'll do fine!
Dave, I would call them. SS card is best, but they may accept otherwise.
No appointments necessary. Just have 2 documents with your current address Utility bill and credit card bill or. Bank statement. You can use your smart phone to access your bank account and credit account to verify your address.
No just walk in with your paperwork. from what I undertand they arent making appointments for that now.
Sorry, just saw your post. # 1 866 357 3639. Good luck.
