DON'T EVER, EVER PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LOWE'S! The reason I am giving Lowe's a one star is because of their extended warranty program that I purchased on our Frigidaire refrigerator. We purchased the refrigerator in 2020 and the extended warranty in 2021. Back in May of this year 2022 we noticed that our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. All of our frozen food was not freezing. So I called the Lowe's Extended Warranty phone number. I was originally told it would be two days before someone could come out, which was reasonable. But an hour later, Best Services of America, who contracts with Lowe's called and said it would be 10 days. That's right, 10 days! We are not talking about a vacuum cleaner or washing machine! So in the meantime, because we were afraid of losing all of our food, I had to go out and purchase a used refrigerator and put it out in our shed to save our food. So after 10 days, Best Services of America finally came out, and it only took the technician 15 minutes to fix the problem. The fan blade came off the motor which blows on the evaporator coils. So I did fill out a survey email from Lowe's with one star explaining why I gave Lowe's the low rating. The email response from Lowe's said they were sorry and would get back to me, that was 2 months ago. I'm still waiting for a response from Lowe's, but doubt I will hear anything. On another note, our ice maker stopped working today, so I have to make a call to Lowe's Extended Warranty again. At least we have the spare refrigerator in the shed for backup this time. UPDATE: So I I called Lowe's extended warranty program Tuesday July 5 for the ice maker not working. I got an appointment for this coming Thursday, July 7, 2022, waited around half the day, no show! No show, no phone call, no email, nothing! So I called Lowe's, they said that because of my ZIP code the company was not able to come out to my house, so now I have to wait until this coming Monday July 11th. It's another company that's coming, but this time I have the phone number so I'll be able to call if they don't show. Very frustrating. Also I keep getting mailers from Lowe's wanting me to re-new my warranty for another year for $145. I don't think so!

Building a home during the pandemic has been a tough process with many issues. I will say that above all issues i have had building my home, my experience with TREE in the cabinet department has been by far the worst and most troublesome experience i have had in this entire process. I am a frequent customer of the lake county lowes. I am currently building a home here in leesburg and decided to use lowes to design and install the cabinets for the home. I have also been working with the pro desk and Tim is the best. (He is the reason I am giving 2 stars rather than one ) I have spent well over $30,000 at this store in the last 12 months. Theresa in the cabinet department has made a complete travesty out of the entire kitchen design and delivery of the cabinets. The entire process working with her has been extremely painful. To start she had all of the cabinets delivered before the rooms were measured and well before they were needed which caused major difficulty with all of the contractors having to work around the 40 boxes of cabinets. Because she ordered the cabinets in before the measure, multiple cabinets were incorrect and even in her design she did not place the cabinets symmetrically on both sides of our kitchen window. (Causing a need to order smaller cabinets) Now after having to work around the cabinets for months on end, we are still having to wait for more to come in all because she didnt follow standard procedure. I will never buy anything from the cabinet department at lowes again. Joe

At the entrance zoom in on the gray electrical box: conduit is disconnected & a transformer is setting on top. Seems Lowes might want to rectify it. Good service a little slow at the specialty counters but still good service. Helpful but be patient.

I Went into this store to pick up flooring for a project. ROBERT in the flooring department was extremely rude. ROBERT snapped at me when I asked for assistance. Saying" what do you want!" Iike I was a bother!!! Why would someone so Rude be working in retail/ customer service???ROBERT does not represent all employees at Lowe's. Another gentleman from lighting ended up helping me. It was not even his department. ROBERT in flooring should work in the warehouse perhaps. Away from customers!!!!
