I went to the hospital @4am. I told the doctors to send my medication to this pharmacy and this would be my second time coming to this pharmacy for meds. I came to the pharmacy @9am to pick it up. The girl not lady but little girl told me it’s not ready and would be ready in an hour. I arrived 8hours later just to get told it’s not ready and that it’ll be ready in 10mins…. WHAT!!! Now it’s 6:27 and I get turned down again bc they decided to close early. THEY CLOSE @9!!!

This place has become SO weird. my husband went in and is super friendly and the male employee working didn't say a word! Not one peep. Talk about unfriendly customer service. Especially to a customer being nice and asking how your night is and you can't speak? Super weird and awkward. Be friendly or get a job away from customer service. Receipt has the name Joel on it. It's like he chose to not be friendly for whatever reason. He was fully aware and made sure to speak to the lady that was next in line.

This must be the WORST #CVS location in the world. Not only are the staff absolutely awful at tending to their customers, but even getting prescriptions becomes a pain when they tell you to come back or use the app and then when you try the app it doesn’t work and you come back and they STILL don’t have it ready. I have videos last two times I went and how long it took to even acknowledge me sitting at the drive thru while 4 employees are inside looking at one of their phones and showing the others. Highly unprofessional and a horrible place to get meds at. Try any place else, USA for better service.

Pharmacy is always wrong...they send me text messages my prescription is ready,I travel a good distance to get to pharmacy ( out of my way) only to learn there is nothing ready or due for me.. being from RI I am so disappointed in CVS Florida....please correct the pharmacy issues.
