Horrible service. States delivered but no record of delivery. Case worker not able to get answers from delivery driver. Honestly think driver took package! No record adds up to their claims. Might seek legal advice!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered Monday. My package has been sitting at the Roosevelt Blvd FedEx facility since Monday. It is now Thursday. There are still no updates available. They get upset when I call asking about it, and tell me not to call back and just keep waiting for an update. Cross your fingers that nothing you order comes through this facility, or any FedEx facility for that matter if you can help it.

I picked up a package I have been trying to locate for over a week. Called 3 times and got all different pick up addresses. Finally I go to pick up and they bring a whole cart they was going to give me and telling me they were mine. I said No I only came for 1 package then they finally got it figured out due to the gentlemen actually doing his job and figured out the issue on his own! Never had such service thru a delivery company...

Horrible service. I have been waiting for a very important shipment for a client for over a month. I was supposed to receive it at the end of August but they decided to ship it back to the sender after leaving me a voicemail saying I must have moved. I have not moved, still sending all of my work shipments to a UPS box that I have been using for years. The package was resent from the sender and was supposed to arrive earlier this week. I have been following the tracking page like crazy since I am already behind on my deadline for my client. The tracking page just kept delaying delivery every day so today I called FedEx and was told they already shipped the package to the sender again (without even notifying me of a delivery attempt). They didn't update the tracking page with any of this information, I wasn't called or texted, nothing. So now I get to try to have the sender mail the package to me a third time...and hope that FedEx gets their act together and be able to figure out that my address is the UPS stores address.

I’m sorry Jen, I work here but still new. I suggest your package may be in transit or sitting somewhere at our hub. Not too sure. There is a visitor office you could try and ask.
