I am very disappointed with Coppersmith, I tried to contact them many times, I called around 20 times, sent couple of emails and I even went to the building just to see if there was a leasing office, there was but no one was there! I wanted to live there so badly, but it was impossible to get any information!

Calling a IRS for taxes and even after hours of hold, at least you can talk to real people is faster than getting a hold of the office in Coppersmith lol. Been calling and leaving a message for almost a week but of course no response. How can I trust to apply and get response to live in these apartments when you need and pay those high prices for apartments when you can’t even get hold of anyone.. really frustrating

I saw the other comments about people being unable to contact, followed by responses asking to email. I left a voicemail and emailed and never got a response. I would not rent from a place that is unable to be contacted. Just a warning
