Literally avoided sturdy urgent care to come here. I usually go to the north attleboro urgent care because they’re fast and easy. I’m sitting here on a very slow day at this urgent care because they are affiliated. The doctor was rude, the worst I’ve ever had. She said she would write a script for a nebulizer and then when she was trying to discharge us she didn’t send anything to the pharmacy. She said are you sure you even want one because Cvs doesn’t always carry it. Okay I already called them and they have it so just write the script? What doctor comes back with no scripts sent to the pharmacy. Said she was going to write a script for a z pac, neb and refills and comes back with nothing? When I questioned her she talked over me, slammed the door and have a NA check us out. Don’t know her name, I’ll find out and update. I go to urgent care all the time and she was by far the worst.

I went in with a facial rash that was starting to encroach on my eye. Everyone I interacted with there (about 5 individuals) was friendly, helpful and professional. I was given a script that immediately helped. Very grateful for the efficient service at a very convenient location. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Norwood Urgent care. The whole staff is polite, caring thorough. They are extremely knowledgeable. Recently my doctor Haj Darwish was not only precise and confident, he knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue at hand. I feel confident that I’ll get the best care every single time I go to This urgent care.

Arrived on Christmas Eve to have a variety of injuries looked@ from a serious fall, approximately 4 hours later I was leaving. The staff was very professional and polite for the most part, enforcement of masks, public restroom in the lobby, handicap friendly, with ample parking. Ok, definitely need to update the review, as @ the end of March I found myself with a broken back, turns out the Vertebrae was indeed crushed, the 5 broken ribs , 3 of them that were pulling away from the broken Vertebrae began causing excruciating pain.. and one thing led to another. Long story short I still in incredible pain and have developed other negative side effects. Pay close attention if possible and be sure to have someone accompany you.

You need a referral from your pcp if your insurance requires one. Other than that, you do not need a referral.
Hello, we do not provide free covid testing. For additional information, please visit: https://norwoodurgentcare.com/covid-19-testing/
Yes, be prepared to either bring your kids into the office or have them wait in the waiting area if old enough. You do not need an appointment.
They didnt ask me for a referral. They took my MA Health with my Tufts card, no questions asked. And they were wonderful!
Yes
15 minutes for verbal results, I don't know how long for them to give you a report for travel but I doubt it would be much longer, but you would also have to check if the type of test they do is accepted where you are going. Certain places and airlines have restrictions and others don't.
What kind of test? Usually is your insurance co-pay.
Yes, they do TB tests.
That's between you and them
Yes, it will be $120 out of pocket expense for the visit.
Sorry, they do not.
