Posting this several months later after getting safe distance from the experience. Not much more to say here that hasn't been said in spades by a zillion other reviewers here who also were left with a truly astounding lack of service, but I'll try. I'm not quite sure how the hiring process at this location works, but I have at no time in recent memory have I seen such a total, 100% lack of training or urgency of any kind. You'll get better service at Cumby's. UHaul Guys: YOUR BUSINESS IS TO HELP PEOPLE WHEN THEY MOVE. YES, this means we are in fact in a hurry. TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN ADVANCE. And if they can't complete the basic functions of the job, which mine could not, then don't allow the three other staffers plus a manager to literally stand there watching him while I sweat through my clothes with the anxiety of dealing with this entire scenario solo. The two stars are for the one female staffer I encountered on a totally different day who really knew her way around packing materials and was kind and helpfu. I almost fought the charges with UHaul or my credit card company and then decided to just count my stars I never, ever have to see this place again. Ever. Oh, and be prepared to fight with them about the mandatory insurance ridiculousness which is the way they make money. Bottom line: beg, borrow, or steal another moving vehicle or start saving now to hire pros for your next move, because life is too short for this nonsense.

I made a reservation with U-Haul to rent a 15 foot truck alongside an auto transport from this location with a one way passage. I spoke with a representative the day before and was assured my reservation was ready and everything I needed was on site. My reservation was for 9am and I arrived at the location at exactly 8:59am. Upon my arrival I was told that the auto transport I needed was not on site and that there wasn’t one available in 150 miles from this location. I was extremely distraught and disappointed as I had driven 2 hours to this location and was 130 miles away from my home. I have been a customer at U-Haul since the 90s and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided today. The towing of my vehicle will now cost me double the price and I was only compensated $50 for my troubles. I advise anyone renting from this location to proceed with caution as they clearly do not value their customer’s time or reservations.

These MFs charged me for going over 100 miles when I went no more than 30. I didn’t personally checked the mileage before taken the truck out & apparently the CSR didn’t neither. A manager told me he’ll look into why I’m being charged so much & he’ll get back to me. 3 days & 1 voicemail later, no one can tell me anything. Said they won’t charge me until they find out what happened & they processed my payment the next day. I give them 5 💩💩💩💩💩 emojis. They deserve no stars. Thank you for ripping me off....

Saw some bad reviews so was a little hesitant but have used U-Haul at other locations with no problems.....the staff here were excellent, very nice people. Friendly and professional. Would recommend this location to anyone needing a van or truck. Not sure why the nasty reviews but my call was picked up quickly, they gave me the info I needed and when I picked up the truck everyone was friendly and helpful even when I changed the size of the truck needed. They will get my business again. Thanks
