Absolute joke of a company. Nothing but scammers. We rented a car for 4 days and were charged for 25. Nothing but automated emails from customer service. Even with the receipt proof of returning the car they continue to charge us for the 25 days. Do not use this company.

We needed a 7 seater last minute and they are the only ones that had one luckily! The price was good, but when we got there they said because we were traveling out of state it would be an additional non-refundable 300$. On their website it says “no hidden fees”, but when we booked it online we weren’t even asked if we would be traveling out of state nor was the 300$ mentioned. After the reservation was made online I even called to ask the total price and make sure we were all set and the money was never mentioned. They were able to bring it down to 200$, but at that point I felt like they were just trying to get more money because if it was a set price how could it be talked down. I was grateful, but it was disappointing. The gentleman on the phone was also not very polite or welcoming which was disappointing because it was our first time renting with them and we didn’t get a good first impression. I do not think I will be renting with them again.

Excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised to have received a brand new bus for our trip. We were expecting the regular 12 seater bus but we got the high top bus, which was very spacious and comfortable for our family trip to Washington DC. Specifically liked the reclining seats and the height for standing and stretching. The staff was very polite. Wonderful experience.

Was a nightmare doing business with this facility. I missed a connecting flight, called Ashley at this facility and told him I'd be late and he recommended I call an 800# and speak to customer service. Did just that and was told they could/would hold my reservation for 24 hours. Went next morning to get car and was told my reservation had been canceled. Told him I called the number he provided and they assured me I still had a reservation. His response? They don't know what they are talking about. Then why give me that #? Asked if there was a car I could rent and he said yes, but first you'll have to call and cancel your original reservation. I'm sorry, you want me to call and cancel a reservation that I still have in order for me to make another reservation? Why not just give me the reservation I already have? He looks at me like I have three eyes and doesn't get why I don't understand.After going around and around with this guy, I call cancel my existing reservation and he then rents me a vehicle. Returned the vehicle and pointed out that he had put wrong dates on rental agreement. He took care of that but then charged me for returning it early. Honestly had never heard of this company before, thought I'd give them a shot but dude, one and done for me.

Know about the discounts before renting. They have a contract correction fee if you find a discount you must apply it at the time of sale.
There is a location at the Union Station in Springfield that is by Amtrak
