I had a great experience at this location! I recently moved into the area and had a different tire place install/balance 4 new tires. After 2 attempts at balancing, my steering wheel was still shaking. I called this Monro location in the morning and they were able to see me within that hour. With a short wait, the wheels were finally balanced! The customer service was great. The technicians were knowledgeable and honest. My car is now driving like it is supposed to with no vibrations and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve definitely gained a new customer.

The district manager here is extremely friendly, personable, and understanding - makes you feel like you’re at a local auto shop - and not just to me, but to other people who were in and out while I was here. Tom did my oil change and inspection, he walked me through what was going on and made recommendations which all made complete sense to me, nothing surprising or out of the ordinary (to further explain, I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or like they were looking for problems for me to pay to get fixed, I’m a woman, this happens a lot). They were not pushy about having the work done here, which most places do, but instead make you feel welcome to come back to have it done and price it out for you to compare to other places. I was there today to have my summer tires mounted and balanced along with an alignment. It’s the second time I have been there. I think the value is good and the guy in the office is on his game. My only negative was the wait. I had an 8am appointment and my car didn’t get in till almost 9. All in all I was there 2.5 hours. They did tell me when I checked in it was going to be a few hours. All in all a good experience.

This place is amazing. I show up early before they open, they take me in, replace my wipers in minutes, offer me a sale to reduce cost. Am I dreaming? Love this place, staff are friendly and awesome. The District Manager checks to make sure I'm happy. Unbelievable service. Always great prices!
