The Auburn town fair tire NEVER let’s me down! I got a screw stuck in my tire the store was about to close and I panicked and called anyways and Kenny said to come down and they will help me out.tire was gonna have to be ordered but they were gonna put the spare on for now. I got there and they were super busy but pulled my car in within 10 mins and started to fix it. They didn’t need to order a new tire in the end. Kenny SAVED THE DAY! I’ve gotten my my tires from here for all my cars and will continue their service is ALWAYS great! THANK YOU!!

Great service! Ken took great care of me when I came in on a tow truck with a shredded tire. Jose even got my locking nut off when I didn’t have my key. These guys are miracle workers and saved the day for my family! Fast, honest, professional, and skilled!

Worked with Anthony to pick out wheels and tire package for my truck. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Really like how it looks and best part of the experience was he had me in and out quickly with no hassles. In a time when customer service seems to be lacking at a lot of businesses it was very refreshing to deal with someone who made an effort to treat the customer right.

Great experience , I took my Cadilac to town Fair tire in Auburn Mass and the employees were great, I had all my questions and concerns answered . Yes they do plus they have specials where you buy 3 get one free not on all tires you would need to ask if your tire qualify

If tires were bought at townfair have them check for leaks and refill. Tires lose pressure when its cold (contraction) and they pressure raises when hot (expansion). Town fair will check for free if u bought them there

Yes I think they do but as far as I know they have to send them out but I'm not positive on that.

As far as I understand Town Fair Tire just does tires and alignments but does not have equipment or tools to do full front end work. Is several repair shops within minutes of them that can do that type of work.
I had a problem with a manager with an attitude. My tires seem fine.
Well i don't work for town fair but did they break the stud? If so they should replace it free of charge. Second off if they didn't break it they still by law have to release ur car to u however if they wanted to theyy can refuse to service ur truck. 4 studs is still considered safe on your truck to drive however id suggest replacing said stud at ur earliest convenience
