I have always had great experience with the staff. I know what I'm looking for and don't mind sometimes having to wait in a short line; the line does move relatively quickly. Since I am now disabled and use EBT, I deducted 1 star because I cannot use it for pickup or delivery, as I can with other sources. I hear that this payment option will be coming soon!

Extremely poor customer service. Poor selection of fresh food items. Not worth the membership fee. I would go on in further detail, but it is clear that this location has gone downhill and no one seems to care.

They don’t stock a lot of things that they have coupons for. The items they stock change much more often than other stores. Get your frozen food last because you will be in the checkout line for a while. Decent prices but I’m not sure how decent the really are considering you have to pay the membership fee every year. I did get a good deal on tires for my Prius so maybe you could find a way to offset the membership price if you take advantage of other services.

Yes you can go to desk & ask for a pass for that day for free. I believe with a pass you pay 7% more at the most. So, if you spent $100, add $7. Total being approximately $107

The website mentions new senior members hours are Monday through Friday 8-9 am. Sunday 8-9 AM has been designated for first responders and healthcare workers.
They clean your carts as you walk in.. All lanes are one way with 6 ft stickers on the floor. They do a good job in the times we are in
I wouldn't count on it currently but they where there before everyone ran out of paper towels ... last time I was there they had the store brand in slecet-a-sheet and regular sheet sizes ...

Most places only allow a minimum amount of free trials before you have to join. Usually it's only once before you can't use free trials. They do this to avoid having someone only using free trials to avoid paying. Some places also offer senior discounted memberships. Try looking into that. Good luck
